Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: Develop treatment plans, make assessments and case determinations, conduct individual, group or family therapy, deliver briefings, conduct management and security consultations, and provide follow-up after care as required. Assume responsibility for case management and abide by confidentiality regulations. Provide statistical data, as required by specific program guidelines, training, education, and information services. May administer and analyze psychological tests. Contributes as a government consultant in the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. Considered an expert in the field within the organization and local community. Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet objectives. Work is performed without appreciable direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment.

Work is reviewed and measured based on meeting objectives and schedules. Establishes and recommends changes to policies, which affect organization.

Qualifications

• Masters and 8 years of experience or Doctoral Degree and 5 years in related field
• Licensed or certified as an independent practitioner
• Familiarity with Intelligence Community or Department of Defense preferred
• U.S. Citizenship required
